Saving an entire image from the internet isn't always the solution you need. Sometimes you need to capture just a section of a web page. Below you'll learn how to take a screenshot using your computer's built-in tools.
Snip & Sketch for Windows
STEP 1 - Press and hold the "Shift + Windows Key + S keyboard" keys together to open the Snip & Sketch program.
A small toolbar at the top of the screen will launch so you can easily select the area you want to capture:
STEP 2 - Use your mouse to select the area you want to capture, and let go of the mouse to take the screenshot.
STEP 3 - A dialog box will appear prompting you to open and save the image to your computer's desktop.
For Mac
STEP 1 - Press and hold the "Shift, Command, and 4" keys together
STEP 2 - Drag the crosshair to select the area you want to capture, and release to take the screenshot.
STEP 3 - The screenshot will automatically save to your desktop.
