All support is handled through our online Support Center and tickets are answered in the order they come in as quickly as possible. Our Support team is available Monday through Friday (except for US Holidays) from 9am to 5pm EST.

STEP 1 - Visit our Support Center and click Submit a Request on the top of the screen.
STEP 2 - Complete the form including all important details regarding your account. Be sure to include the Name and Email associated with your Ideal Directories account, a link to your directory website in the description, screenshots, and provide as many details as possible regarding your question. Click "Submit" to send your request.
